Dear Matt,

I receive this aswer to my ticket from SU support...

"For the US, Canada, and Mexico, you will receive a check via postal mail. The global cash card option is not available."

I want you to know that the postal mail service in Mexico is really bad, it can take from 3 to 5 weeks to arrive. Also, their is a big problem trying to cash a US Check here, Bank's ussually don't accept them in deposit, so one has to go to an Exchange Service and most of the time it take quite long to get it cashed.

In This Digital Era, I strongly suggest that SU should make an effort to send Global Cash Cards to students in Mexico, as myself... The case of Mexico is very different than Canada or the U.S.
